The Clifton ShallowBath™ NE2-9D is a high-capacity 9 litre digital water bath designed specifically for small-height samples including microtubes, microplates and bottles.
Its wide, shallow 65mm chamber provides excellent visibility and easy sample access while requiring less water than a conventional deeper bath. Precision PID control provides stable heating from ambient +5°C to 99°C.

Clifton Shallow Form Series vs Traditional Style
Clifton shallow height water baths for life science operate with low liquid level suiting small bottles, micro tubes and micro plates. If using a conventional water bath, the minimum liquid level for accurate operation is above the height of small bottles tubes etc, often requiring the extra expense of additional raised shelf.
