Returns Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@iqscientific.com with your order details.

Once approved, we will provide full return instructions.

All approved returns are issued as a credit note.

Credit notes can be applied to future orders.

Credit notes will be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
